R-WAY appears as a black liquid that acts on the oxidized bitumen, regenerating it without the need for heat. When mixed with granules in the recommended ratio, it produces a cold-mix bituminous conglomerate suitable for pothole repairs, leveling uneven surfaces, and performing small patching jobs.
